Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, Xenia Petty offers a return process for eligible items.

Return Conditions

Products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date if they:

  • Are unused and unworn
  • Remain in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Are not final sale items

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To begin a return request, email support@xeniapetty.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your original payment account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 7 days after delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
